FAQ

There are no refunds on appointments, bookings, Hair Analysis Tests, Courses, or DNA Kit Tests (aka everything). You are always welcome to reschedule your appointment if things change and you are unable to make it. You are also able to transfer the appointment to someone else like a friend or family member.

There should be a link on your confirmation email that takes you to my calendar to reschedule. If you aren't able to find it, please email info@rachelellenani.com and we an get it rescheduled for you :)

My website www.rachelellenani.shop is the name of my store front for products. I have done my research and personal testing of products to create a storefront where people can trust the products and have one place to go to shop. There are so many supplements out there now so it can be overwhelming to know what to trust.

When you purchase a course, you will receive a personal login to the system where you can access your courses. You can do it on your own time and work on it as many times as you want. Once purchased the information is yours to use to better your health!
